Laptop computers often come with a bag so it may be best to opt for the rucksack variety as the two straps are far better for spreading the weight.
When it comes to choosing the machine specification, go for one which is only slightly more powerful than you think you need now. When you are considering processor speed, memory and hard disk capacity the same rule applies, go for the model that does what you need it to do for you now. Specifications change so fast that yesterday’s top of the range computer quickly becomes tomorrow’s entry-level machine. If your laptop does what you want, at a price you can afford then forget about how much better you could have done if you had put off buying it until tomorrow, there will always be newer models.
